Project "Explore our Homeland"

About 4000 schoolchildren took part in the next round of an outreach trip under the motto “Know our country” to various regions of Azerbaijan. Conducted on the recommendation of President Ilham Aliyev, the event is organized by Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan.
The Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan entrusted organizing several tours within the framework of this project to the travel company Victory Tour . About 750 schoolchildren took part in the tour organized by Victory Tour.
The project aims to familiarize students with modern life, history, cultural heritage, traditions, peculiarities of different regions of Azerbaijan, the achievements of independent Azerbaijan founded by national leader Heydar Aliyev, as well as draw the youths’ attention to dynamic socio-economic development of the republic, the renewed image of cities and districts which is being improved day by day thanks to the determination and will of President Ilham Aliyev.
