Description:
- Compiling, calculating and booking group and individual tours 
- Establishing contacts with partners, tour operators
- Attending infotours, exhibitions and participation at exhibitions
- Business correspondence 
- Sales reports 
- Preparing proposals for tours
- Work schedule 40 hours per week
- Annual paid vacation
- Corporate cell phone and monthly call budget

Requirements:
- Higher education
- Work experience: from 1 - 3 years (recommendations from previous jobs are obligatory)
- Sales skills (on the phone, in the office, by e-mail, sales to corporate clients, VIP)
- Knowledge of hotels and resorts in Azerbaijan
- Hotel reservations
- Knowledge of MICE segment is welcomed
- Oral and written knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
- PC knowledge: Windows XP, MS Office, Outlook
- Responsibility, efficiency and purposefulness 
- Attentiveness, accuracy, thoroughness 
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility

Requirements:

- Oral and written knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
- Experience in planning and executing conferences, banquets and corporate events
- Knowledge of conference rooms, restaurants, entertainers, hotels, and venues
- Experience of working in hotels is welcome
- Sales skills (on the phone, in the office, by e-mail, sales to corporate clients, VIP)
- Setting appointments, making presentations
